Terms and Conditions of Sale

The supplier's full legal name, registration number, VAT number, address for legal notices, and contact details are listed under Supplier details at the bottom of this page.

• All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout, before you pay. The total on the checkout page is the full amount you pay.
• If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will tell you before we dispatch. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Prices may change, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when PayFast confirms your payment and we email you an order confirmation.
• If we cannot supply an item, we tell you as soon as possible and refund what you paid for it in full.
• If you order more units than we have in stock, the remaining units become a special order. We contact you with the expected lead time, and you may cancel the special-order part for a full refund.

Payments are processed by PayFast, a registered South African payment service provider. Card and bank details are entered on PayFast's secure pages. We never see or store them. Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and account passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

Delivery methods, costs, and timing are set out in our Delivery Policy. Where no delivery date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the order, as section 46 of the ECT Act requires.

• You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, complete, and in its original packaging. This includes your 7-day cooling-off right under section 44 of the ECT Act. You pay the courier to return the goods, and they are at your risk until we receive them.
• For warranty on a faulty item, contact us. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from ignoring the instructions.
• We do not accept returns after 14 days, except for faulty goods under the warranty.

• We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos may differ slightly in colour, packaging, or branding from the item you receive; that is not a defect.
• Use each product only for its intended purpose and within its stated load or weight limit. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, overloading, or ignoring the instructions.
• Read the manufacturer's instructions and warnings before use, especially for chemicals, gas appliances, steps, and load-bearing items.
• Ratings and reviews on the site come only from customers. We do not invent, buy, or edit reviews.

Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or a spoiled trip, that arises from using the site or a product. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These limits do not apply to loss caused by our gross negligence, and they do not reduce your rights under the CPA, including the right to safe, good-quality goods and the supplier liability in section 61.

• Please bring every complaint to us first, at jccampworld@gmail.com or +27 60 210 8062, with your order reference. We acknowledge it within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) at www.cgso.org.za, or to the National Consumer Commission at www.thencc.gov.za.
• Privacy complaints can go to the Information Regulator. See our Privacy Policy.

Site content, logos, and product photography belong to us or to the brands we stock and are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
• We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
